The good:It attaches to windows and stays put.
It comes with a base with adhesive that you can use to attach this to any flat non-windowed surface.
It's design is easy on eyes, low profile and simple.
The arms are well padded and the phone feels quite secure.
The phone can easy be tilted and spun for whatever you needs/preferences are.
The bad:
It's a bit cheap feeling. If longevity is an issue then I will change this review accordingly.
The phone mount will vibrate a bit. I did not find this obtrusive, but it may hinder the reading of small text on rough roads
Conclusion: It feels as cheap as it is and the phone is not held as securely as it would be on a more expensive device. Nevertheless, this performs its function well, looks good while doing it, and is priced just right.

I bought this to either mount my cell phone on the dash or windshield.It fell of the dash 3 times. good thing I had a really good skin cover on it.
It protected my phone. So it works well mounted to the windshield.
But it has a lot of vibration. unless you mount it to touch the dash as well.
Phone fits in it well, but if you are expecting more buy a better on.
