Haven't had to use the warranty yet (just purchased my ipad). However, I received my confirmation for my warranty in a timely manner and also a follow up phone call from Squaretrade personally. I'm lost. The protection plan was part of my purchase of an Apple IPAD for my nephew for Christmas. I don't remember getting any paperwork resembling a protection plan and my nephew didn't get one. Therefore, I cannot adequately rate this item.
