First experience with them for a camera was so and so. Tou have to use you priduct warranty first and show them why they did not reimburse you. Tricky. Not as good as best buy protection plan.

Haven't had to use the warranty yet (just purchased my ipad). However, I received my confirmation for my warranty in a timely manner and also a follow up phone call from Squaretrade personally. The phone call was a very nice gesture and I truly appreciated it! Hopefully they will be as personable and willing to help if I actually have to use the warranty:)

I'm lost. The protection plan was part of my purchase of an Apple IPAD for my nephew for Christmas. I don't remember getting any paperwork resembling a protection plan and my nephew didn't get one. Therefore, I cannot adequately rate this item.
