This has a 3.5mm pin so it won't fit the Motorola Talkabout radios that use a 2.5mm pin.

Works great, you can hear just fine, but the mic gets a lot of back noice if the background is too loud.

(Used with Motorolas VL50) I work at a car dealership and am constantly getting in/out of cars, bending down, going up stairs etc... Point being, I am constantly moving and so far the earpiece does not seem to be showing any signs of wear and tear and sound quality is still great(have had it for about 3 months now), and very comfortable to wear, stays in place.

Used with short sleeved polo shirts and everything is ran under the shirt, most people do not notice it unless they happen to be looking at my ear, so it looks very professional, it does not draw attention to itself.

Only issue that I have with it is that after a while (mileage may vary) the sound starts to get muffled through the clear acrylic tube earpiece,(sweat, lint, earwax clog it up a bit) I just usually rinse it by running some soap and water through the tube (it is detachable) and blowing some air through it and it is like new again. I just consider it regular maintenance so keep it in good condition.

Shipping was quick, it was packaged in a basic plastic bag, nothing too fancy but I just care about what is inside the packaging. Cannot beat the price compared to others listed for 2 to 3 times as much, recommended.

You get what you pay for--I was excited to only spend a small amount of money on one of these things only to actually use it at work... it didn't even make it to lunch before it stopped working.
