The reason for NOT jumping for joy over this is because I had Paid Out Money for a Plan, and I Never Recieved a Hard Copy of that Plan for my Records. I Don't blame Amazon.com, I Blame Square Trade for the reason because there taking the Public's Money and there NOT giving the Public what they had Spent Good Money For. This Company, Square Trade Claimes that you the Paying Customer can go on line to Retrieve your Purchase; well, what if your a Individule that Doesn't have / own a Computer, OR what if you have a Computer, and the Computer you have ends up Crashing, then just how are you supposed to get the Warrenty on Line? OR, what if you haven't a clue in how to go about obtaining your Warrenty on line, what are you supposed to do.

Doesn't this Company Realize that the ONLY Reason there in Business is because of US Consumer's? IF it wasn't for us, they would be Out Of Bussiness, so why are they insisting on Taking the Consumer's Money and Giving them Absoulity Nothing for the Money that they had Spent? We the Consumer go out and spend money for something, just to find out that were SPending Our Hard Earned Money and were Getting Absoulity Nothing in Return; how would you people feel about spending your Hard Earned Money and Getting Absoulity Nothing in Return for what you had Spent?

I did not receive a confirmation e-mail from Square Trade in order to use the included Link to make registration easy like their website states. I proceeded to register on their website but the product I ordered the warranty for was listed wrong. It was listed as a computer/laptop and I purchased an AT&T cordless phone/answering system. I phoned their number and asked for assistance. I was told they don't have a category for small items and they would have to make a note in their system as to the product and model number so that I would not have warranty claim problems with my phone. I tried to input the serial number and the website would not allow it. I am hoping I don't have problems in the event that I need to file a claim. It seems very unprofessional that Square Trade can't do a better job allowing for accurate and detailed categories, product names, models and serial numbers for their warranty registration. It makes me wonder if I will receive decent warranty coverage if I should need it in the future. Fix your website warranty registration process and information!
