The manual for my Samsung HT D4500 specifically states that you must use the WIS09ABGN. The packaging on this item does not list the HT D4500 as a compatible device. My internet searches turned up no evidence of compatibility.
Nonetheless, it seems to work perfectly. I just plugged it in, entered my network password and voila, I'm streaming Netflix. Take the chance.This product works completely as advertised. Before I got it, access to Netflix and other on-line resources came through the DVD player. Sometime I had trouble getting a dependable stream, but now that I am bypassing the DVD player entirely, I have no problems with buffering. This is as close to plug and play as it gets.If you have a Samsung LED smart tv you can make it wireless. This wireless adapter worked great for me the very first time I used it. Its so ease to hook up and use I think a child can do it.Hooked it up to my 2011 Samsung 46" LED and it works great.real money saver. I called and affirmed with Samsung before purchase.
