This is a great product, but the service is very slow, make a claim it's take days for to contract you and then it's like 10 days before you hear back. than they say they send your the price of your products via email, by another company? whats up with this?????? I received notice on July 6,2012 they received my product, it's now August 7,2012, have not received my vocher yet!!!

Bought a laptop for my son who is in the army and about to be deployed to Afghanistan for at least 9 months. Tried to purchase the SquareTrade laptop accident protection and warranty for it; however, unless he is returning to the US in 3-4 months (so SquareTrade can check to be sure the computer still works according to the customer service agent I spoke with), SquareTrade will not honor its warranty. Sucks for our troops serving overseas who don't have the option of returning to the US in 3 months! This is not a company I can support!

I purchased this warranty for my son's laptop. The price was excellent and it was deleivered very quickly, even before we received the product. The only thing I could't understant that when I began to register the warranty, "Amazon" was not listed as one of the companies where the warranty was purchased.

Was a gift so I feel I don't have to worry about it once I 've given it away as I have some other computers.

I bought this warranty for my laptop which claims to be international, nevertheless I was informed that this warranty has no coverage in Uruguay, which is where I live. I didn't know the definition of international excluded my country and I had to go through quite some trouble to get my refund, so I'd say that even though it says international, you should double check.
