ECOMGEAR Auxiliary Black Retractable Cable Cord

The audio quality I get from this cable is actually pretty amazing. I wasn't expecting it to be this good. I'm VERY happy with this. I use it to connect my iPod nano to my aux port in my car.

These are dirt cheap and work great.

For the people who complain about the retractable part not working, you clearly don't read instructions. It says not to pull one end at a time. You are supposed to pull both ends at once.

It works fine.

And think of it this way, even if the retractable part breaks because you can't follow simple instructions, then it just becomes a NORMAL non retractable cable. So who cares?

I read some people saying they bought a normal non retractable cable after the mechanism broke? That doesn't make any sense... This BECOMES a normal cable if it breaks...

Item as advertised and works fine. Good alternative to higher priced items out there. Works especially good on my iPhone 4S that I have a case on, i.e. the jack on this item is small so it doesn't interfere with the case.

The cable works well with my setup android phone plugged into car stereo. So far I have used it for a few podcasts, not music, and the sound quality is great, without interference.

The seller gets extra credit for putting a receipt which includes return instructions in the envelope. I have no intention of returning the cable, but I am impressed by the professionalism. Much better than envelopes mailed from Hong Kong with false customs declarations and without receipts. Also, it arrived at the beginning of the promised date range another plus.

Very happy with item although was not same as pictured. Only difference was color other than that saved me a bundle over radio shacks $9 cord that does same thing just not retractable. Would recommend to anyone who needs a cheap cord to play iPod, iPad ect through stereo.

Shipment took forever but it was because it was coming from honkkong but it works great so far. It does look cheap but so far it hasn't gave me any problem. So you pretty much get what you paid for
