Bought this few weeks back for my Andriod tablet after reading reviews and recommendations from my friends that it is much better than many manufacturer provided warranties. Haven't used this warranty and hence cannot review on that category.

Short and sweet. I am a happy customer. I have filled out two claims in the last year and both times they were quick in replacing my product or refunding me the full purchase amount. I had some doubts on if they would do anything at all and have come through each time. Not only that, I was able to call them on the phone at 10pm each time (I work a lot and have kids so I am busy) and get a claim started. Ive been so pleased I have added warranties with a gps I bought and a digital camera. It just makes sense especially for someone that has kids.

The item I had insured with you was a tablet computer. I had a accident with it while coming down stairs and lost grip of it,after getting intouch I was given your repair dept email address. the response I got from them was second to none, nothing was to much trouble and I received an email with a prepaid address to return it to them. with in a week I received an email from you saying that the tablet could not be repaired and a refund would be give with in the next 3 working days,it was great to see that same day the money had been put in to my account.This kind of service is second to none it brings a bit of faith back into the insurance market shame they are not all as reliable as your selves. I have put a report on another site saying how first rate you are.
