The laptop that I bought this warranty on ended up with a bad harddrive, I contacted this company to make a claim only to find out that although I paid for a 2 year warranty they only cover the laptop after the manufacturer's 1 year warranty expires, which means I paid for a 2 year warranty but only get 1 years coverage (I must of missed this in their small print). So next time I will check more deeply before purchasing these warranties.
