Plantronics CS530/HL10 Wireless Headset System with HL10 Handset Lifter (Black)

Product doesn't work well...When making calls, the person on the receiving end can hear their voice very loudly and there doesn't seem to be a cure for this problem. We have discussed it with other colleagues who also have this headset, and they have said the same thing happens to them. Not sure why this is, but I would not reccommend this product.

I have long requested a headset for my desk at work and finally talked them into it. I love this headset. Of course, being the first I have ever used, I really don't have anything to compare it to but I have no complaints. However, if I had to come up with one negative, it would be that I can't place a call on hold using the headset. Other than that, I love it!! It is extremely light weight and comfortable on my ear, and the sound quality and range are great. I wish I could have talked them into this years ago.
