It's a pretty good player if you don't need to play CD's

AUX works good so does the USB cable(on my android phone as well as my flash mem)

The only problem is it's a little cheaply made...

I like the radio and it's ability to play mp3 file from a SD card or via usb connection. Turning up the bass to full 10 makes the music sound better to me. My sporadic problem is: sometimes the radio does not turn on. The fix has been to get to the plugs in back of the radio and disconnect them and then them put back on. So far that has worked twice. That fix represents cheap wire plug connectors to me.

I guess one could solder wires directly to the radio, but that should not be necessary. I gave three stars, because I otherwise like this radio/ mp3 file player at it's low cost. Hopefully the later model Boss receiver/players will have improved wire connectors at back of radio.

Very nice digital player. I throw out my old CD-yes and bought flash card where I wrote 22 folders of musics. I recommend it for them, who like digital things :)

This radio head unit did not receive power upon plugging it in and when using a friend's radio it turned on just fine. The issue could have had something to do with during shipping or before purchase, I do not know.
