I think this is a great product for the price. The display looks so clear and it has other features we have not had on a fish finder in the past, like water temperature.

The images are incredible ,the fish can't hide and the brush is easier to find. The screen can be seen at high noon.

I have used this unit on five fishing outings so far. At depths up to 30 feet, it shows fantastic detail and even shows a fish now and then. BIG drop down to three stars, due to the fact that Lowrance doesn't include a comprehensive manual with any of their low end units. They make you purchase a DVD. Luckily this unit is simple and pretty intuitive to setup.

Very clear screen with numerous background color selections to help with different lighting conditions. The DSI is looks just as good in the ad as it does on the water. I did install a screen/glare protector (modified a kindle protector) to help prevent scratches. I am very pleased with this product. Installation took about 1 hour to include hiding the wires to clean up the cabin.
