Let's be honest, no one wants to spend ten bucks on a flimsy piece of plastic. With these screen protectors, you don't even have to spend more than $1 for THREE. I purchased these because I didn't want to buy the more expensive brands right off the bat. I wanted to try the cheapest thing I could find, and if it worked well, I'd have saved myself some money. Luckily, these screen protectors seem to work quite well. I mean, how could it go wrong?EDIT: In direct sunlight, there is a visible rainbow effect on the screen, and the clarity begins to look pretty hazy. Although most of us won't be using our phone in direct sunlight very often, it bothers me enough to consider buying something else. Also, I have read some complaints that the clarity looks hazy with regular use. I disagree. Most of the time it doesn't even look like I have a screen protector on it. However, for one dollar I can't expect anything more than just "okay." For those reasons I've knocked this down from four to three stars.
I notice fingerprints show up more quickly with the screen protector, but when the screen is on you can't see them at all. There is a cutout for the front-facing camera, but ONLY for the camera. The sensors remain covered, and I'm okay with that.
One word of caution: apply the screen protector in a completely lint/dust-free environment. Any small piece of lint will cause a small bubble to form underneath. Do not try wiping the sticky side of the screen protector, as it will only create a bunch of lint and make it unusable.
Summary: A great price for (slightly) above average screen protectors. Start with these and then work your way up to the expensive ones. However, you'll probably find yourself wanting something a little better.
It does NOT make the screen hazy.
It does NOT show a rainbow effect when the screen is off.
It does NOT affect the operation of the light & proximity sensors.
I can barely even notice that it's there. The only part that's noticeable are the edges of the protector and even then you have to be looking for it.
My only complaint is that the cheap cloth it comes with is useless, so I simply used a napkin & blow dryer on the cool setting to remove all the dust. For the price I wasn't expecting microfiber anyway.

These screens serve their purpose, they fit pretty well, they are slightly shorter then the screen, so if you are gonna use a case just take your time to put it on or the screen may lift up. For the price i will deal with it, i have used many different screen protectors and one thing i have noticed is in about 2-3 months you will need to replace it, so for this price you really cant beat these. And to be honest it is good these screens are slightly shorter because the galaxy s3 has a slight curve so the edges wouldn't stay down if the screen protector was an exact fit. I have a galaxy 3 and it fit exactly over screen. Dont understand why previous review says it doesnt fit. Its a screen protector not a phone cover. I'm going on 2 months now and looks clear but will scratch if not clean with proper cloth. The fiber provided sucks. Comes with 3 protector which isn't bad if you end up scratching it like I did.
