Phone was easy to install, only (1) phone jack is required for the main unit. Second unit just needs a power outlet. Sound quality is good, no distortion with great range.

I also like that you can listen and delete the voice messages from the handset.

No problems with the caller ID.

Needed a phone to replace our old GE. Does what it is supposed to do. The speaker phone works great and since my husband isn't the best when it comes to hearing, he hasn't complained yet when it rings.Easy to read.Has a lot of features. The answering machine is very clear and easy to understand. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend for someone who isn't into all the high tech.

This phone has been a good replacement for a similar (older) AT&T product. It has more capabilities than we are apt to use. Its wireless range from the base station is really outstanding and the sound quality is much better than the phone it replaces. We do not find its use and features particularly intuitive which may be age related as we are in our sixties. The one feature we truly dislike is having to clear "missed call" and "voicemail" messages from each hand set individually. Consider this quirk carefully before purchasing this phone. It is a design flaw that only becomes more obnoxious as time passes. AT&T PLEASE TAKE NOTE.

I originally purchased this phone as it was rated a best buy by Consumer Reports, and I have not been disappointed. The buttons are large and easy to use, and the display is easy to read. The speaker is placed for easy hearing, and the handsets have great quality sound. The answering machine is easy to operate. I like the fact that I can delete a call from one handset and it will delete it from both phones; I don't have to clear calls from each handset separately. This is actually my second purchase of the exact same phone, as my elderly mother needed a new phone, and the ease of use, large buttons, and well lit display made this a perfect phone for her as well. Consumer Reports has never let me down and they were right in recommending this phone the best quality for the best price.
