I've always been extremely happy with Antec products and this fan is no different. It runs very quietly and being mounted on the top of my case, has helped drop the temp on my cores by 5 or 6 Celcius on its own!! The blue is a nice color as it matches the other blue fans in my case.

Fan installed easily, was fairly quiet, and moved the right amount of air. I installed these as case fans but would consider them as CPU cooler fans if they were available as PWM fans.

While these fan are cool looking. They are not made for pushing out alot of air. There is a separate switch to switch between 800rpm and 1200rpm which is nice. Kinda expensive and I realized I'm paying for the led instead of the amount of air it pushes. The highest rmp reading on this fan was 1080rpm. If you need of a strong 140mm, you should get a 2000rpm fan or somewhere around there.
