I just read all that it covers and set my account up online, and I have to say that if every manufacturer had this type of low stress security with the purchase of their product there would never be any need for square trade. But if square trade is available for other things I would like a warranty on I will purchase square trade.

Square trade is by far the best way to go about being protected when buying any product in-store or online. They were fast, precise and helpful. They tried to make sure I took advantage of the company warranty first. Which is understandable, but that's the reason they didn't get a 5. Some companies are horrible at their own warranty. Square trade also offered to handle it even if I didn't try to take advantage of the company warranty. Their options are what solidified my positive experience with them.
