Good pencils at a good value, variety/assortment of colors a plus. Pentel Arts Color Pencils do not smudge drawings or artwork. Would buy these again.

These are not cheaply priced color pencils, but they are cheaply made. The colors are waxy and go on very unevenly. Disappointed in the product and the Pentel name.
