Shipping took way too long. No tracking available. The case actually broke in four days and it was never dropped. This was the weakest piece of cheap plastic I've ever purchased.

When I opened the package & saw the case, I was very happy until i turned it over! More than half of the rhinestones were missing. Then I inspected the case & saw that there was piece broken a the bottom right corner. I will never invest in another case like this.

Our case arrived today damaged not from packing but from the manufacturer. Really?!?! your going to let the case leave your store with nicks all over it! also when popping the phone out of the case 4 of the little jewel things on the back popped out! sending the case back now and we just got it in the mail today.
