I purchased the extended warranty for a product I was not 1005 sold on, mainly for peace of mind. Square Trade set an email to me to set up the warranty before the product arrived. Once I received the product I followed the very simple instructions, emailed my receipt and that was it. I hope to never have to use the warranty, but nice to know it's there.

Purchased the warranty to protect a new single cup coffee maker. My Keurig died after 18 months :(. I dont want to pay another 175.00 to replace it. So knowing the coffee maker may not last I purchased the warranty. the process of getting my item covered was easy amd fast. Even emailed my reciept to them and they keep track of it!
