Plantronics CS520 Binaural Wireless Headset System

I got this for work because I am on the phone most of the day and also need the flexibility to move around. I love this product. It is easy to set-up and I think has a noise canceling feature because sometimes I will hear an echo or myself typing in the headset but as soon as I say hello all other background noises disappear. It also makes talking to people with bad phone reception easier to understand since it seems to make it easier for me to hear them by cutting out the background noise on my end.

The only thing I wish it had was some type of set-up so I could pick up and hang up the phone without picking up the handset but I knew it didn't have that feature when I bought it. This is a wonderful product and good quality. So happy I bought it!

I used this headset answering the phone in a busy flower shop during Valentine's week. Around me was a lot of activity and the noise of our cooler compressors but these headphones were an oasis of clear sound. I love these headsets especially with the handset lifter in use. The headset is comfy too, and if someone talked to me I could hear them just fine without removing my headset.

I recently had to switch from this Plantronics headset to a Logitech h800 because of going from a VOIP phone to Google Voice. It was tough to do it, but it had to be done. This headset is by far the best double eared headset that I've used in my over seven years of Sales. Not only is it cushy and comfortable on your ears, but the quality is crystal clear. I also work at home and have hardwood floors so I usually echo, but this headset keeps the echo down to a minimum. It's also easy to mute and un mute while walking around. The range is unbelievable. I would go out to my mailbox to get the mail, go to my kitchen, walk down in the basement and even go in my backyard over 100 feet away from my receiver and never lost signal. If you're using an office phone or work from home with a VOIP phone hands down this is the headset to get.

I have had a Plantronics CS55 headset for almost 8 years and it has been very reliable and extremely comfortable to wear for hours on end.

The battery was not lasting as log as it used to so I decided to get the new CS520 which has the added advantage of dual ear pieces. Sound is excellent and they even improved the design a bit. The old ones had a very tiny volume control which you has to push in if you wanted to mute the michrophone. The new CS520 has a much larger and easy to use volume control and the mute is located on the bottom of the ear piece. very comfortable and I am looking forward to 8 more years af great service from my new Plantronics.

I have been using this headset with my Avaya phone at work and it works great! the sound is crisp and clear. the customers say they hear me really clear as well. the battery last an 8-12 hour shift with charging on breaks and lunches. i would recommend this to anyone in a call center that doesn't like to be tied down!. P.S. this ISN'T a USB plug just FYI.
